| i dropped my psp when i was suing it as a flashlight, i was holding it at my shoulder level when it fell out of my logitech case, now im 6'1 and thats a long way to fall.. But now it wont turn on unless its connected to the charger and its using the external power source. I use this everyday so could someone please help me out. I live in the US and want to if i can send it to you and a rough cost PLZ PLZ PLZ |

from what you are saying i could be something wrong with the power conncter for the battary when it hit the ground you mite have damaged or losend the wire thats there i had this problem once but i fixed it cos it was the wire it fell out abit but i had to take it apart to fix it if you dont know much about taking things like psp's apart dont mess just send it in or get someone to do it for you.

| sry to double post but could it have been when i dropped it, the battery shorted out and all i need is a new battery, when i dropped it, none of the screws in the back were in it, i lost those a while ago trying to put leds in the shouilders |

| ok , took it all apart today, got the mobo out, i checked the battery and everything seemed to be ok, so i just need to gather up the $ and ill probably get it fixed somewhere, and thanx neo |

| ok i took it all apart, but i couldnt find this wire that u were talkin about, it still only runs through the outlet, so no rush, but could you post a picture or something of the wire u were talking about |

i cannot take pictures i dont have my cam when you take the front of it at first look were the acd plugin goes the yellow thing a wire should be comeing from there see if its in all the way then take the back off check to see if the battery pins are not bent or dameged of any sort and get back to me
