Two Syracuse teenagers are facing charges as police revealed that the duo beat up a man earlier this week while trying to steal his PSP. The two boys aged 16, set upon 25 year old Joseph Morales while he was watching a movie on his PSP. Morales refused to give over his PSP, so the teens began beating him to the floor.
