The DS Gets Baked

September 7, 2006 - Majesco announced today it is bringing a new online game to the Nintendo DS called Cake Mania.
Along with the popular online game created by Sandlot Games, the DS version will include a new expansion pack called Back to the Bakery.
"Mania is the key word here, because what starts as a manageable day at the bakery quickly blossoms into a chaotic flurry of customer service, baking, frosting and decorating," said Ken Gold, vice president of Marketing, Majesco Entertainment. "Given its tremendous popularity and mouse-driven mechanics, Cake Mania was the perfect title to offer Nintendo DS owners looking for a portable experience that makes the most of their stylus."

Cake Mania for DS is developed by Digital Embryo. It has a scheduled release in early 2007.
