Phantomdjp has conducted a review on Top Toy, a new flash card for the DS & DS Lite. He claims that the manufacturing quality is sound, with his images working well (without an SDHC card), the menu is customizable and it comes with now standard features such as a cheat menu. Overall, this one doesn't seem to offer anything over the CycloDS Evoltion but may satisfy the basic needs of anyone looking for a device of this kind. Read the review here.
